Here's my point of view
From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome and personalized advice made our stay memorable. The twin room was cozy, quiet, and had everything we needed. Breakfast options were a delightful addition, and easy access to public transportation was a huge plus. I can’t wait to return!

The upstairs room under the eaves offered a charming and spacious feel. Very cozy with a nice private bath and an excellent shower. Appreciated the tea and cookies available in the room. Locating good restaurants for dinner was easy, and I valued the help with our itinerary. I didn't like that breakfast had a very limited menu. choices were minimal. Also, some staff members seemed overwhelmed, affecting the service quality. The morning we arrived for breakfast, the dining area was locked until shortly before closing time. While Julie's daughter made us feel welcomed, some service aspects were lacking. The room had a strange setup with the shower controllable only from outside the bathroom.

The room design has some quirks, like the bathroom roof window that needs to remain open during showers, which is tricky in winter. The tight headroom in the family suite can lead to bumps for taller guests, and the shower setup requires a switch in the bedroom to turn it on, felt a bit odd. Additionally, the thick walls do little to block out noise. you can hear other guests easily.

We enjoyed our stay, especially exploring Dublin. The location was perfect for visiting spots like the Guinness Storehouse and Dublin Port. Having two teenagers with us, they loved checking out the cool hiking trails nearby. The owner made us feel at home right away!
My kids wished there were more breakfast options available.

It was just a decent option for a brief stopover in Dublin with attractive and competitive value for money. Free wi-fi was decent and worked well during my stay. Plan to arrive early for breakfast since it seems limited and served a bit late.
